is a wealth of things to do for adults and children alike in the area. This
includes walking, cycling, bird watching, sampling locally caught fresh seafood
or just taking in the atmosphere of the local countryside as well as enjoying
the many local places to eat. The clean

has many local amenities including 2 public houses (the Railway Inn is situated
approximately 100yds from the cottage), a well stocked local shop and off
licence, fish and chip shop, several duck ponds and a children’s playground.
The
cottage has three bedrooms and can accommodate 6 adults/children and an infant
in a cot. There is a welcoming lounge with TV with Freeview and DVD player. In addition there is also another relaxing sitting room which leads
through to the fully equipped kitchen and utility room with dishwasher, washing
machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric oven and microwave.
The
kitchen has large patio doors leading to a fully enclosed garden with lawn and
barbecue area with garden furniture.
Upstairs
the accommodation comprises of master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite
shower room. This room boasts fantastic views of rural

is also a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. A travel cot is provided for
an infant.
Outside
the cottage there is sufficient parking for 2 cars, the rear garden is ideal
for sitting out enjoying the tranquil setting and is equally perfect for
children and dogs to enjoy. Adjacent to the property is a farm lane offering
immediate walks from the cottage.
Various
public rights of way exist for more energetic walkers in close proximity to the
cottage. A comprehensive information pack is kept at the cottage giving details
of local restaurants, public houses and tourist attractions.
Arrival
and departure details
Arrival
and departure days for weekly holidays are a Friday.

breaks will be available on designated dates (please see pricing tariff for
further details).
Weekend
breaks commence on Fridays for three nights and will be charged at 70% of the
full weekly cost.
Short
breaks may be booked 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Smoking
Smoking
is not permitted inside the property.
Dogs
A
maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome at the property. The dogs should
not be left unattended in the property under any circumstances, nor should they
be allowed on any furniture or allowed in bedrooms at any times.
The
dog owner is responsible for removing any evidence of the dog including
fouling, prior to departure. Any damage caused by a dog will be deducted from
the damage deposit.
A
charge of £ 15 per dog is charged per week.
All
bed linen is provided. Towels and cot linen are not provided.
A
travel cot, highchair and stairgate are provided for your use.
Oil
fired central heating is included in the rental price.
